What we check on every batch
- Sheet thickness and weld integrity against the production drawing
- Dip-coat primer coverage before powder coating
- Powder coat film thickness and RAL 7035 colour match
- Gasket seating and door closure across the full perimeter
- Water ingress test to IP66 on sampled units
- Mounting plate fit, earthing continuity and hardware count
